Before Avyanna would bat her eyes aunt Hilda and Kiara were going off about the wedding preparations and pack rituals but what got Avyanna in everything they mentioned was the marking of the mate.
Apparently, this ritual was to be done in front of the whole pack in acknowledgement as the new Luna as well as the one and only mate of the Alpha, this didn't make Avyanna feel any comfortable, maybe that would be one of the things she would talk to the alpha about when she met him.
