The said being was easily one of the strongest Transcendents in Khaemorr, a being who had all the right to be arrogant and command almost any being in the world—even the other Transcendents. Right now, however, the being kept his head low. His crimson eyes showed respect so deep that it could easily be mistaken for reverence.
In front of him sat a beautiful, almost otherworldly being on a throne made of materials unknown to most of the world.
The woman was surrounded by darkness. She had long, wild greyish hair that flowed like smoke, and two massive, curved horns rose from her head, adding to her fearsome beauty.
Just like her subordinate, her eyes glowed red. They were sharp, cold, and dangerous, yet… strangely captivating.
Even when she had a serene, calm expression on her face, the presence she radiated was… intimidating—like the calm before a terrible storm.
