Lu Ren raised an eyebrow, "But from my observations over these days, apart from consuming humans or choosing living beings as hosts, those Mountain Gods serve no purpose. They even form a symbiotic state with those Spiritual Monsters. This is just a conclusion I've summarized from prolonged interaction with these Innate Holy Spirits, the Mountain Gods."
Over the past two years, every Mountain God Lu Ren encountered had extremely few, if any, Spirit Ghosts within their territory.
If there isn't something shady going on, Lu Ren doesn't believe it.
