One might say that the Nuclear Power Research Institute isn't making an effort, but even Director Liu Changzhen is working overtime every day to tackle the nuclear power engine technology, and other research institutes are collaborating with the Nuclear Power Research Institute. Yet, until now, there's still a core problem that hasn't been solved.
If this core problem isn't solved, Liu Changzhen wouldn't dare to let the nuclear power engine be mounted on aircraft carriers because it could lead to serious issues.
