As soon as Jiang Dali's Yang God returned, his face turned pale and he groaned deeply. He only felt as though stars danced before his eyes, his head as if struck fiercely by a hammer a dozen times, then pierced by a knife and twisted hard, the pain threatening to explode his head.
This was the body's reaction from the severe injury to the Yang God. The body's essence, qi, and spirit complement each other, mutually assisting; damage to one leads to deviations in the other two.
