Cambridge Training School, Locker Rooms
We are discussing the disappearance of the professors as we change our clothes.
"I'm telling you, I can't reach Aldrick either, you know him and the professors used to be a team before they retired, maybe they are finally taking those days off everyone keeps telling them about" I say
"But what about your parents? Weren't they part of the team too?" Max asks
"Well, even if I call they must be at work, though I hope they join the others, I heard they've had a rough week"
"Your parents are the only workaholics that can surpass me, I highly doubt they did" David says with a smile
"Wow geez David, almost looks like you want them to break their backs" I retort
He frowns "That's not what I meant and you know that, I merely respect hard working people, but I guess you do have a point" He mumbles that last part
Him and I finish changing and we find Max shirtless in front of the mirror flexing and feeling himself
"Hm, not enough I have yet to cross the 30 Con Mark" Me and David just stare at him
"Why are you so obsessed with getting past 30 points in it?" I ask
"Yeah you should work on your vitality, you wanted to learn to manipulate it, no?"
"It's like Kris said, it's hard to do Agility and it's worse for Vitality, besides with my transformation I can already increase them both in exchange of my Constitution, maybe if I increase it more I can get a better return when I turn?" He says thoughtfully after a while
"That's not a bad idea I say"
"But it's not a good one either, are you going to just give up on them just for the transformation?" We turn to look at him
"What's wrong with that?" I say
"If you do that you will be too slow to hit anything in your human form, and while you do keep some strength when you turn, you do become rather...squishy, also your health will deteriorate and not be able to keep up if you ignore your Vitality"
"You know what Max, he does make a great point"
"Hmm, I guess we are all doing Agility today?"
David nods "Yeah let's try it, Ego knows you two fools need it" He chuckles then leaves, we start to go after him but I have to stop Max
"Whoa put your shirt back, don't want you to violate the dress code again" I tease him
"I don't know why they won't let me, it's a weight room who cares" He says as he puts it on.
"Alright just hurry up he's waiting for us" Our laughs echoing as we chase after David.

"Martha please you have to be reasonable, we can't ALL go!"
"Shut it Marcus! I know my son better than anyone and he can take care of himself, we have the rest of the staff at home too so there's nothing to worry about"
Footsteps resound in the background "Honey, I've talked it out with Augustus, and I think they might be right"
"Dwayne!"
"Dear, please maybe only One of us goes?" He pleads.
"No! I love my son just as much as you do but this is too important to ignore! We have to make sure that it's properly done! Curie tell them!" She says clearly irritated.
"Madam is correct, we have to ensure the plan goes off without a hitch!" She says
"Curie, please don't take her side!" Both the men start arguing with the women
More footsteps approach "Fibret! Aldrick! please help me convince the girls here, we can't reason with them!"
Fibret looks worried and uncomfortable he's clearly anxious, Aldrick steps up.
"I'm afraid it won't matter Dwayne, Accelerate seems to have been notified of our general whereabouts, he's headed here, from across the North-East sea and I don't have to tell you how little time we have left" He says in a grim voice
"What?!" Everyone is shocked
Curie speaks up "But how? We covered our tracks, and changed our Codenames when we registered here? Some of us didn't even choose a new codename" Everyone else is also confused.
"I'm sure, the news of a couple of high Rank Race Class Egoist with a Stealth Class buttler must've given us away" Aldrick says bitterly
Martha and Dwayne look depressed "But that's ridiculous we can't be the only ones with this living setup can we?"
"He must be checking every setup along the way he finds, it seems we might have to leave this very night, right after the party" Augustus says
"Maybe not" Everyone looks at Aldrick
"We can't alert the kids, they will immediately know something is up, here is what we'll do" He looks around making sure he has their attention.
