In the government conference hall, Federation officials were silent as they watched the massive fleet.
The video played several times before it was turned off, and King Richard spoke: "Any thoughts?"
"Your Majesty, Byron Star, being a member of the Star System Alliance, has stayed out of this war from the start. Now it seems they're not only staying out of it but profiting from it."
An official spoke: "Blue Star Energy Technology Group has bases on various planets, selling weapons widely. Byron Star is now selling weapons and equipment openly to the Star System Alliance and has relaxed some technological cooperation. All major planets are rushing to cooperate with them. Now, they disguise themselves as interstellar thieves, attacking planets of the Star System Alliance, looting the spoils of war while we fight on the front lines."
