Sowing seeds in the Otherworld might be one of the characteristics of the God Above Gods.

This means that as long as a "warrior" enters the Otherworld, using sufficient sacrificial offerings, they can receive the Divine Grace of Lu Ping'an's God Series, and even open the Plane Gate for direct support.
These outer realm visitors can even go on a rampage, complete plunder, and then sacrifice to open the Plane Gate, taking treasures and people and fleeing.
