For the Octopus Tribe, slaughter is never-ending.
In some sense, they can be seen as the universe's Bug Clan. If they truly stop devouring, extinction may not be far.
After all, if they don't eat their opponents, they'll end up eating themselves... The Octopus still has its Clones, which can easily devour all members of the Octopus Tribe.
This is no secret, and even those in the Octopus Family Clan know it better than anyone.
This is why they, knowing they're just losers, cannot stop; the root of this is the fear of being eaten and the gluttony within the Octopus factor, driving those who were once rational to quickly become gluttonous like themselves.
