The destination was a bar.

Pushing open the door, deafening sounds came rushing in.

Ye Wan looked up and locked eyes with the exotic handsome bartender performing fancy tricks with his cocktail.

"Hey beautiful, what would you like to drink?"

The bartender spoke in French, his frivolous gaze shrinking when met with Ye Wan's cold eyes, "Downstairs."

Ye Wan turned and left.

A large rusty lock hung from the thick oak door, looking as if it had been left untouched for a millennium.

Ye Wan removed the hoodie from her head, looking into the seemingly empty corner.

It was unclear how much time passed before a rumbling sound came from the wall.

Like a secret room in an ancient aristocratic house, a door appeared within the wall.

Almost as soon as the door opened, the noise inside spilled out.

Ye Wan slipped into the secret room, and the door slammed shut with the noise now close at hand.

As she walked, a mental map of the bar spread out in Ye Wan's mind.
