The night had been a long one, and although I had absolutely loved our time outside - laying atop the soft, cool grass with the tapestry of stars illuminating us as we reveled in our intimacy - the moment we had returned to the tent I felt... guilty.
Immediately being reminded that it wasn't just this cocky Demoness and I starting a new chapter in our lives together out here on the plains made that special moment outside feel a little... unfair to the two who had remained inside.
Those sweet words and passionate embrace we shared beneath the light of the moon was locked between just us, leaving them to seek comfort in one another without any reassurance that we would be there for them that night as well.
It really did make me feel guilty, but thankfully the constantly present smirk on Anput's face as well as the relaxed and flushed Leone helped soothe my guilty conscious, and I swore that they would get something special soon too.
