"I am sorry, miss. As I already explained earlier, you can't just ask to meet with the CEO of the Saito's Corporation. There must at least be a schedule before you are even allowed inside his office," the receptionist gave her again a look that made her feel like dirt.
"I just need to speak with him. Please if you can just mention my name to him, he might agree to see me," she said, trying her best to remain standing where she was instead of walking out.
"What is going on?" a blonde woman with shocking blue eyes approached them.
"Sorry, ma'am. This woman has been causing a scene, asking us to allow her inside the CEO's office," the receptionist explained.
"Mary?!" the shock in her voice was apparent as she looked her up and down.
"Yes. It is me. Please let me have a moment to talk with him. I needed to tell him something," she tried not to get affected by the way the other woman was looking at her.
