Seeing Charlotte Thompson's aggrieved appearance, Justin Battleson couldn't help but curve his lips somewhat helplessly.
"Haven't I told you... that I'm not really in any serious condition? Looking at you like this, one would think I've gotten some terminal illness."
"You still have the mood to joke about this!" Charlotte Thompson glared at Justin Battleson, her lips pressed together tightly: "The doctor had to stitch up your wound, that must be serious."
Justin Battleson lifted his uninjured hand and gently scraped the tip of Charlotte Thompson's nose.
"Silly kitty, it's just a small wound, why are you getting so worried?"

"Baby Charlotte, don't cry, seeing you like this really breaks my heart," Justin Battleson said, looking at Charlotte Thompson sincerely.
