Though there were also some that were still taking care of a few things in the Kalos Empire.
After the fierce infighting, there were only remnants of the Kalos Empire left.
Even though the Laver Empire wasn't able to secure everything that the Kalos Empire had, they were able to secure at least 80% of what the Kalos Empire had. That was in terms of territory and treasures that the nobles possessed.
But of course, that was only when it came to nobles that had gone against the Laver Empire.
Those that didn't try to fight the Laver Empire and surrendered had the rights to become nobles of the Laver Empire.
