Because of the global catastrophe after the meteor crash and alien invasion people ran everywhere and after few millennium with people intermarriage there is no particular nationality and racism. But within 5 continents competition for interests still exists, and because of Gaia the earth's will there are no wars expect for competitions.'

Rias was little envious of her brothers God's domain, everyone only have either forest, ocean or grassland and some lucky ones have barren land and ocean. Some unlucky ones might even have deserts where birds don't shit. She herself have forest and grassland, but her brother really don't know which lucky goddess blessing he got his God's domain is 5 times bigger and have all kind of terrain . She pouted and thought 'Hmph, must be aunt'.
"Well I don't need to choose i have forest elves in my domain" She raised her slender neck and said proudly.
Alex can only say she is lucky enough to give birth to elves in her domain which is one in a billion chance, normally there will only be normal animals in the newly born God's domain like tigers, wolves, rabbits deers and etc., His mutant species was already rare, he got his huge domain by cheating, and then two of the races living in his domain mutated.
"Well don't use the civilization crystal given by the school, aunt sent me better ones"
"Ok, I was just thinking to use it today along with my domain expansion card."
Alex was startled and immediately stopped her and said not to use the Gods expansion card. Everyone can only use one card a month in the first year of high school unless they were specially granted extra slot by school. Although the God's domain card Rias had is best among the 1 star cards and it is given by their aunt, Alex have better ones.
"Don't use anything for now wait until we go home I will give better ones"

After three more hours school hours are over, today is the first day of school and everyone will get a civilization crystal which can help them choose one of the races in their God's domain and enlighten them. The chosen race will give birth to wisdom and the students can slowly guide them.
At home Alex got out of the cabin which looked like the ones in Virtual reality game cabins in his past life. There is no need to go to school everyday here just need to sleep in the portal cabin you can project your consciousness in the school. This portal cabin is given to every divine creature born the government, the government here is just a shell, it is strictly monitored and maintained by Gaia,Military is the main power. When Alex was about to go down, there was a notification appeared in the smart watch, which is a call from his aunt.
"Well, what is my little nephew is doing" A blonde haired beauty, appeared in front of him and said with a smile.
Alex Can only say his aunt is too beautiful and he got used to it after watching over the years."Aunt I'm preparing to use civilization crystal in my God's domain soon. When will you come home, Rias misses you so much".
The beauty opposite smiled and said "Well I will come next month, and I already prepared the cards you asked for except for one or two. Seriously I don't know why you need so many cards, but I won't ask much it is related to your artifact".
