Chapter 3 - MEETING WITH THE GOD

After throwing his tantrum which he assumed no one had seemed, Karl calmed down and started assessing the situation.

Karl thought as he was looking around himself. But all he could see was white.

The ground, the sky and everywhere he could see. All he saw was pure white."Hmmmmm, interesting, the cracks which appeared in my room where pitch black. But contrary to that, why is this room so.....White"

{That's because this is a neutral zone. }, suddenly an enormously pressure decided on Karl's shoulders when the voice was spoken. Karl felt as if he was suffocating, it felt like someone had actually gagged his mouth.

Karl quickly fell on his knees and started sweating buckets. He tried to wipe his sweat off with his sleeve only to find out that he was in his birthday suit.

Due to all that was happening and when Karl was suddenly released from his mind prison. He quickly focused his attention on what the system was saying that he failed to notice it.

But he didn't have the time to worry about if he was naked or if he was wearing the most expensive clothes on the world. All that mattered to him was survival.

His instincts screamed at him to run away. To get as far away from this voice as possible. But he didn't even have the courage to lift a finger.

Yes for the first time in his 16 years of life. Karl felt fear. {Oh I forgot that your still an amateur. you can't even handle a little bit of my presence.}

The voice spoke with a carefree tone like it wasn't even bother with what was happening to Karl. The voice was low, as if a child was speaking.

After a little while later the pressure suddenly disappeared from Karl's shoulders. He finally could could breathe freely. Karl was now drenched in sweat from head to toe. It looked like someone dipped him in a bath and didn't bother giving him a towel.

After what felt like half an hour passed. Karl's breathing finally stabilized and he was now sitting cross legged on the white floor. His face was still red and he was still covered in sweat. But at least he had calmed down.

Seeing this as it's cue suddenly a being appeared in front of Karl. It was a handsome man. Probably the most handsome man Karl had ever seen. He had long blonde hair which reached almost towards his waist and had deep blue eyes as if the ocean itself was trapped in them.

He had a sharp jawline and a noble presence that not even the most powerful and noble family's could carried. But the most Impressive and marvelous thing about him was his giant pitch black wings. each wind had the length of a half a meter and were neatly folded behind his back.

Karl was mesmerized by the man. He felt like he had now seen what the pinacle of handsomeness was like. But after he had remembered what had happened he quickly took his guard up and started eyeing the man with suspicious.

"So your God?, quite...under whelming, you look more like an angle then a god." Karl said as he stood up and walked a little to side, away from the puddle of sweat he had created.

{This is the image I think would be most fitting for our meeting. I choose this on your worlds standard. I could choose a form which would make even your world like speck in my eyes but that would make talking difficult}. It said with the most benevolent smile Karl had ever seen.

If not for the fact that Karl knew he was speaking to a man, he would have mostly likely fallen in love with him.

"And why do we have to talk,is this related to the system?". Karl only had this theory in his mind. It was the only thing which made Karl different from the others.

{System?, what are you talking about?, I brought you hear because your body has now developed a mana core. }Said God in a tone as if it explained everything.

".....And?", Karl now had a look which was a mixture of both a surprise and annoyence.

"Mana core?, As in like I can now use mana, but what does that have to do with this".said Karl to only which now God realized his mistake.

{Tsk,Tsk, it means that it should have been impossible for you to have a mana core, the world where you come from doesn't have an ounce of mana in it. A person is either born with a mana core or he has to make himself one. Both the process require mana to be in the surrounding of the user. I noticed an anomaly in your world. You were going to have an awakening and to compansate for not having the mana in your surroundings, you were to use your life force for the awakening to be a succes. }

"What?, Then how is it possible for me to awaken a mana core of there is no mana in my world. " Karl was now getting more and more annoyed by this God.

{I don't know, you are an anomaly, which means you should not exist. I would have not brought you here if you awakening didn't have dire consequences on your world}. God said as a Throne made entirely out of black obsidian suddenly appeared behind him and he than sat down.

"What kind of consequences? ,I would have mostly died back then and everybody else would have moved on in there life. " Karl who was now having a tinge of regret because he realized that he didn't clear his browser history on his computer.

{Mana is to same to your world as ...What's the word?..... Ahh, A nuclear weapon. if your core had stabilized then half the earth would have been blown to oblivion. Mana is like a parasite,it starts to spread where it can and your surroundings didn't have any, so I can leave the rest to your imagination}. After listening to his speech, Karl suddenly felt happy because if he had stayed there, then aside from his family, all his friends, fans and other people he cared about would be dead.

But soon that happiness turned into dread as Karl realized that he couldn't go back now. So he turned towards God to look for help.

Seeing Karl's face told God everything about what Karl was thinking. {I have a proposal for you, would you like to become a hero?}
