Chapter 41 - The Seraphim Twins P9

She shrugged. "I can just get more from my King and Queen after reverting time."

"So it's possible, but what are the downsides?" I asked.

"Most of you would be reverted with time. Only Luna, me, and those of you awakened to origin can traverse time that far back. Which means you, May, Eli, and Fia."

"Wouldn't that mean we would revert back to when we were one?"

She shook her head. "No. All four of you are awakened to origin, so all four of you can traverse time." She sighed and looked between Mavel and I for a moment. "There's something about the four of you that I want you to know, but we should wait until we can talk with Eli and Fia together."

"How serious is it?" Mavel asked.

"Quite. The two in your mind scapes don't want me to tell you, but that's taking away your autonomy, and I will not stand for that."

"If our originals don't want you to-"

"Don't call them your originals. That's not what they are. Look, just take my word for now. Let me take the two of you with me to Eli and Fia in the morning. I decided not to tonight since they were on a date with the twins. Speaking of, it's about damn time Luma, Lily, and Ally finally are acting on their love. Lily and Ally are so stubborn... they didn't even let any of you know they're the same girls from Eden! I'm gonna smack those two in the morning a few times."

I chuckled. "Yeah. I'm glad everything is working out. I really have to thank Athy for asking Shi-chan about things and triggering the whole storytelling thing. Everyone is so much happier now."

"That's good. Being happy is the best thing I could ever want for all of you." Larie smiled. "Speaking of happy and fun, Eli told me about the dance party tomorrow night in New Tokyo. I'm gonna come. I'd like to meet your Elysium friends. Louise and Isabel seem like great friends. And Alaira and Rika, too. Eli's little sister Yami seems really nice, too. And Ren and her mother, Ranna. And all your kids. God, you have a lot of kids now."

I laughed dryly and took a sip of tea. "Well... you know. If we had Luma, Lily, and Ally dating Eli in our adulthood in Eden, we'd probably have had all of our children back then, not just our first eight."

"'First eight,' she says," Mabel said with air quotes.

"I know, right?" Lanti added.

"Either way," Larie continued, "I like kids. I'll probably go pester Leah, Kaede, and Lux for a while after I leave here. I was going to meet up with Eli after they get back from their date, but I expect to be rainchecked until morning."

"You do?" I asked.

"Eli and Fia are very tired, so most likely they're either gonna get home and have a hot night before falling asleep, or skip straight to sleep." She shrugged. "No big deal. It's probably better to talk to them in the morning so I can drag you two, Adele, Adara, and Luma into the conversation as well.

She blinked her eyes, switching back to silver, and looked down at her tea.

There's something bothering her.

"Larie-"

"Don't worry about it."

"It's not fair to read my mind."

"It's hard not to when you said that so loudly in your mind. Thanks for worrying, but there's no need to worry about me. Anyway, I'm gonna go poof to Elysium again and pester the kids. Maybe poke at Luma a bit, too."

"They're with Luma on Elea right-"

"Oh, I know." Larie blinked slowly, her eyes glowing rainbow again when she opened them. "I'm always watching all of you. Except for intimate moments, I've watched you every step of the way since you were toddlers in Eden. I really feel like a big sister with the lot of you." She giggled, stood up, and said, "See you in the morning!" before vanishing.

Mavel and I exchanged glances and chuckled. ""Same ole Lariette.""

"She does seem like quite the character," Lanti said, giggling.

"Yeah, she's something special," I replied.

"You'll see in the storytelling session tomorrow," Mavel added.

As light creeped into the room from the sunrise, I stirred awake. Usually, the twins were already awake, but they were still there with me and Fia. Sleeping peacefully with smiles on their faces.

And I had a smile on my face because Lily's boobs were half smothering me.

This is nice.

I laid there for a while, until she stirred awake.

"Oh!"

"Good morning, love."

She smiled and pulled me tight. "I'm really gonna have to get used to you calling me that, huh?"

"Yep!" I smirked. "You made the mistake of claiming what you want. Now you gotta deal with the consequences. Don't even think about trying to get away from me either. You're mine now, hehehe."

I felt an arm wrap around from behind me. "What about me?"

I rolled over just enough to see both of them. "What, do you think you're not mine?" I pulled her on top of me and stole her mouth until Fia interrupted us.

"Ahem."

"What?" I said. "You snooze you lose. Or do you want a kiss from me, too?"

She was completely unfazed by my teasing. "Uh huh."

Lily climbed over us and plopped down on Fia, sealing her lips with her own.

"Heh."

"I wasn't done!" Ally said as she stole my lips again.

This is also nice.

"You lot awake yet?" came a familiar voice from across the room. It was Luma wearing her usual black school outfit, but with an apron and holding a pair of tongs. "Breakfast is almost ready."

From behind her, Larie appeared holding her finger to her mouth, almost drooling. "My little Eli is doing something naughty." She disappeared, then reappeared next to the bed with only her head sticking up high enough to be visible. "Hehehe. You four are so cute."

Ally froze on top of me, her face reddened to the point that she was closer to a ripe tomato than a person.

I glared at Larie. "You're making her uncomfortable. You know how she is."

"Aww... Aliana sweetie, you don't need to feel embarrassed! It's lovely that you're finally chasing your feelings. Be proud!" Larie stood up, and strolled back over toward Luma while holding her arms out like tree branches. "Besides, I'm just a tree."

"You're hardly just a tree," Luma said with a sigh. "Anyway, come on you lot. All of us are here... just the polycule, not the kids or anyone else." She grabbed Larie's arm and dragged her out of the room with her. "Well, the polycule and this tree."

Luma closed the door, leaving the four of us alone again. I giggled and caressed Ally's face. "She's right though. You're cute, love."

Ally smiled and laid her head on my chest.

I wanted to leave her there, but the smell of breakfast was inundating the entire residence, especially the bacon. "Let's get ready to eat, hmm?"

"I second that," Fia said.
