Hey readers! I'm so sorry for the lack of content lately! It's been longer than anticipated to complete the revisions. I've been working on them and even updated the story with some of the revisions and an entirely new chapter! EXCEPT, now I've reverted those updates. There's a change in plans. This revision is much bigger and much more involved than I originally imagined. So here's the new plan.
Once I have edited up to the end of "Chapter 12 - Radiance", I will start posting the revised version of the story in an entirely new entry. This version of the story will remain as is and will receive no further updates. You could think of this version as the "system-less/minimal" version.
While editing, I've been thinking about the point of view. In the later chapters, "Elise Aindrea" and on, the story hard switches to 1st Person POV, whereas every chapter up to that point is 3rd Person POV. To those that have read everything, or at least the 3rd POV section and some of the 1st POV section, what is your opinion on them? The main thing I've been thinking about regarding the POVs is switching fully to one or the other. Either I change all of the 1st to 3rd OR I change all of the 3rd to 1st with an occasional scene marked "3rd POV". There was one of those in the later chapters.
As always, I take feedback into consideration, but this especially.
