A comforting coolness ran through her body, revitalizing every cell and muscle tissue. Although she wasn't hungry, she didn't feel very full either. It was strange, but it wasn't food that she craved. There was a wide variety of fruits growing from the trees and bushes on the island, but after taking a bite or two, other than savoring them, they did not satisfy her at all.
It was unusual for someone as gluttonous as her, but after trying different kinds of fruits, she gave up. There was no need to waste food that could be eaten by other creatures. Hence, starting from the second day, she only drank water to avoid dehydration, apart from bathing and washing her clothes in the lagoon. She only had one change of clothes, so she had to take the best possible care of it, or so she tried.
