The deputy thought about it, shaking his head, "I don't think that's a good idea. There are three possibilities why Sandy Pope lied.
The first possibility is that she drank a lot that night, had a great time, and forgot what victim Isa Redman said, not intentionally lying.
The second possibility is that although Sandy Pope and Isa Redman seem to have a good relationship, Sandy Pope doesn't actually like Isa Redman and might secretly wish for her kidnapping, possibly even feeling schadenfreude.
I've seen too many of these types of 'good sisters', their inner thoughts are horrible and unspeakable.
