"Running wild again!" Xu Xin grabbed, but missed, letting Keke jump down.
Fortunately, the snow layer here had solidified overnight, becoming very thick, in a half-snow, half-ice state. Keke's light body stepped on it without sinking.
It stepped onto the snow and in two steps ran to the edge of the hill, ran around the edge a couple of times, leaving behind a string of tiny footprints.
Eventually, it stopped at a spot.
Standing up, its small head tilted, and its little paw was about to touch the hillside.
Then Xu Xin caught it by the scruff of the neck and lifted it up.
"No running around!" Xu Xin gave Keke a little flick on the head, "Run off again and I'll lock you in the treehouse and not let you out!"
Keke was special, it couldn't be stored in the bracelet, so if not brought along, it could only stay in the treehouse.
"Meep!" Keke wiggled its four short legs discontentedly, then pointed a little paw at the mountain wall, "Meep meep meep!"
