Luffy didn't want these people to leave the prison.
After being with Liam for so long, he did care about his actions.
And, because of his kindness and Liam's desire to save people, he didn't like the idea of sending these people out of the prison.
If they weren't going directly to Marineford, he wouldn't even care about them.
He had a strong confidence that he could escape from this place on his own. But his goal was Marineford.
Even though the World Government here might not target them, Luffy wouldn't be sure of defeating the Marines with just the Whitebeard Pirates.
He knew that without awakening his Devil Fruit, he could barely defeat an Admiral.
And in his condition, it would be even harder.
Ivankov was a revolutionary. When he heard his words, he immediately understood what he meant.
"You are truly his son, Straw Boy!"
He went to wake up his crew while Bullet turned toward Luffy and smirked.
"Your kindness is useless, Straw Hat."
Hearing his words, Luffy paused for a moment and said.
"I am who I am. I don't care if my kindness is useless. My friend once told me he had no dreams. But as we traveled together, he realized he did have a dream, but he was in no situation to achieve it."
Luffy looked straight in Bullet's eyes and said.
"Even if he is not here, I will make sure to achieve his dream."
"Ridiculous! You are just a fool for believing in others. They will betray you, Straw Hat." Bullet snarled but didn't stop running.
"Oh yeah?" Luffy chuckled and waved his hand.
"I feel sorry for you, but I won't take pity on you. Anyway, my partners will never betray me. And, I can't betray their dreams."
At this moment, Crocodile interjected.
"I have not met your partner yet, but if his dream is as foolish as I think, I will not be on your side in Marineford."
Hearing that, Luffy sneered.
"Do you think I will believe you, Crocodile? As for my actions in Marineford, it is none of your concern. You can leave the war as soon as our warship reaches the Marine HQ."
"Humph!"
Crocodile snorted and said.
"I will try to kill Whitebeard, but I will not help Marines."
"Why do you think I will help the marine?" Luffy questioningly asked.
"Do you think I am an idiot, Straw Hat?" Crocodile snorted.
"No, but you are wrong about me helping the Marines. In fact, if you help me, I won't mind taking a leg or a hand of Akainu."
Luffy replied.
Hearing that, Crocodile was stunned. He thought Luffy wanted to save Ace and even help the Marines defeat Whitebeard.
He wasn't sure how Luffy was going to do that, but he didn't want to take any chances.
It's just that when he heard Luffy talking about taking Akainu's leg or arm, he didn't think Luffy was kidding. He could feel a strong killing intent coming from Luffy.
Hearing that, Bullet's eyes lit up as he asked.
"Are you going to kill him?"
Luffy rolled his eyes and said.
"Do you think I am an idiot? If I try to kill him, some people won't stand still and let me do it."
"At best, I can use distraction to take his arm or leg."
Hearing that, Crocodile's eyes twitched as he asked.
"Why are you so interested in his body parts?"
"Since I can't kill, I should do my best to weaken him."
Suddenly, he remembered something.
'Wait a minute! I don't have Liam in this world. And once I leave this world, I might not be this good at thinking, right?'
He shuddered at the thoughts of those days and nights that Liam forced him to study.
If Liam hadn't forced him, Luffy was one hundred percent sure that he wouldn't have learned so much.
In that case, he was pretty much sure that this Luffy was just like an old version of himself.
Thinking about it, Luffy smirked and said.
"Hey Crocodile, do you want to hear a plan?"
Luffy remembered something that Robin told him during one of their night. It wasn't something Liam outright said, but something she gathered after getting so much information from Liam.
In the future, Buggy would become an Emperor solely by misunderstanding. Because he would have two warlords under him.
And, they would create an organization with the intention to put bounties on the marines.
According to Robin, the only person who could come up with such a ridiculous idea was Crocodile.
And, the only powerhouse that could help them reach the status of an Emperor was Mihawk.
Because Buggy was weak, had no strategic mind, or even the courage to put a bounty on the Marines.
Since they were going to do something like that, why shouldn't he shift the target?
It's not like they weren't targeted before.
According to Liam, there was a legendary man before the era of Roger who was the only person who had killed an Admiral.
Luffy wasn't interested in this man, but he had to admit that the feat that this man achieved was one hell of a legend.
At this moment, four of them were in front of the others, so their conversation wasn't heard by anyone else.
Jinbei was surprised by Luffy. According to Ace, Luffy was quite a moron.
'Is this the influence of his crew?' Jinbei wondered.
"What plan?" Crocodile couldn't help but feel interested. He knew Luffy had changed quite a lot.
Compared to when he faced Luffy, this man was completely different. Not just in power but also in strength.
"I will not be involved in this plan, nor will my crew. This is a plan only you can accomplish."
At this moment, Crocodile became more interested.
"Above Marines, there is World Government, right?"
Luffy asked.
Three of them almost rolled their eyes. Because this was so obvious.
"Since the World Government can put a bounty on us, why can't we put a bounty on Celestial Dragons?"
Crocodile, Bullet, and Jinbei's eyes widened at the same time.
They couldn't believe Luffy would make a suggestion like that. After all, it was too ridiculous to put bounties on gods.
Before they could say anything, Luffy continued.
"They won't target you personally. Yes, you will be targeted by CP Agents and Marines, but if you implement this plan two years later, they won't have the manpower to target you."
"In other words, your action will completely force them to stay on the Red Line. In a single move, your actions will be recognized by the world and your reputation will even precede that of the Revolutionary Army."

"Are you sure about this? How can someone replicate our powers?"
"Through cloning. Ever heard of the man who cut Former Admiral Zephyr Arm?" Luffy asked.
Bullet shook his head while Crocodile and Jinbei nodded.
"He was created by someone called 'Buckingham Stussy', possessing the power of Whitebeard in his youth."
"At the same time, she also has a clone of herself. You might know this clone. The Emperor of Underworld under the epithet of 'Queen of Pleasure District'."
"So, do you think Vegapunk still can't replicate your powers through cloning?"
