"Hmm?" Tang had not expected Jiang Shu to address him with such a remark, but he quickly concealed his bewilderment and nodded his agreement, "Okay."
Wolf, on the other hand, was looking at Jiang Shu's retreating figure with an even stranger gaze.
Why didn't Jiang Shu invite me?
...
He has changed.
---
Jiang Shu left the police station and headed towards a large commercial van parked by the roadside.
Opening the door and taking a seat in the passenger's side, he nodded to Lang Tai at the wheel, "It's fine now, let's set off."
In the back of the van, a young man lay on the seat with his hands crossed behind his head serving as a pillow.
His face had a distinctly youthful handsomeness, but his normally expressive eyes now conveyed a sense of desolation.
"I want to kill Tang," the youth suddenly said, followed by another comment that sounded like either a clarification or self-suggestion, "No one at the police station can stop me."
