Newark Airport, however, is located in New Jersey, over twenty kilometers away from Manhattan.
Kaitlyn Webb first went to Kennedy International Airport. Since LaGuardia is smaller, she thought Kennedy would be the better choice.
However, she was disappointed. The airport was so vast, it was like searching for a needle in a haystack. Moreover, Morgan Benson was on a private jet, and the flight number wouldn't even show on the big screen. How could she possibly find him?
But Kaitlyn didn't give up. She kept searching for an hour. It wasn't until half-past eight, when she noticed the time, that she decided to call it quits.
As she walked out of the airport, she gazed at the azure sky, eyes sore. The September sun was still scorching, piercing her eyes painfully.
Yet she stared at the sun without blinking, and in a moment, her vision blurred, unable to see anything.
