Silence.
It was a profound, unnatural silence that swallowed the chaotic noise of the dungeon entrance whole. For a long moment, the only sound was the faint, virtual wind rustling the leaves. Then, like a dam breaking, the crowd erupted.
"What the hell!! Is he a monster? He's so fast! I didn't even have time to react!" a Warrior stammered, his weapon hanging limply in his hand.
"Is this a fight between peak experts?" a younger Mage whispered, her eyes wide with a mixture of terror and awe.
"What peak experts bullshit are you talking about!" a third player snapped, his voice cracking with disbelief. "This was straight bullying! That man was one-shotted! Annihilated!"
