Kane and the others never retraced their steps.
Occasionally, skeletons would appear along the way, lurking around corners.
None of these monsters were openly positioned; they were all hiding in various treacherous corners, either at the bend or in traps.
Some even buried themselves directly underground.
But in Kane's eyes, these monsters were all 'honorable,' none were treacherous.
After all, they were created by the dungeon using magic power, weren't they?
Finally, a magic power group appeared in Kane's vision, in the shape of an hourglass, right ahead.
But around it were three large magic power groups, likely the dungeon monsters guarding it.
"Stop," Kane gestured to the team to halt, then pointed forward. "Up ahead should be the center of this maze. I see the hourglass."
"There are three monsters around the hourglass. Longbei, you hold one, we'll quickly take down another. How about that, any issues?"
