Kane and his team arrived at the training ground.
This training ground was much larger than the last one, and the various training equipment around was quite comprehensive.
In fact, near every dungeon are various facilities related to explorers, and the council is somewhat involved.
Of course, it isn't a monopoly.
Whenever a new dungeon appears, the Mist Council is usually the first to arrive. They then send their professionally trained teams inside for the initial exploration.
Afterward, they send dungeon information to headquarters and local forces. Once a team clears it once, they assess its difficulty and then open it for other explorers.
These facilities related to explorers also go through a first round of bidding. If nobody wants to undertake certain facilities, the council will step in.
Training grounds are facilities that merchants are least willing to undertake.
