A crossbow arrow flew by, piercing into the slime's body.
The green slime was indeed resting. After the arrow hit its body, it inexplicably wobbled, as if just waking up.
Slowly, it fell from the tree, its body transforming midair into a broad membrane, allowing it to glide toward Kane and his group.
"This is pretty interesting," Kane thought.
Throughout the slime's glide, Kane and his team did not attack, waiting for the slime to strike first.
When the green slime finally glided over and fell before them, part of its body morphed into a spike, aiming at Kreya.
To make the spike powerful, it had to be solidified. Kreya's hand instantly wielded a long-handled warhammer.
The warhammer in Kreya's hand was as nimble as her arm, striking the spike and shattering it, spreading the green slime's gel everywhere.
