Lucy Ansley instinctively looked up at the newcomer and was unexpectedly met with the man's calm and deep eyes, which inexplicably made her feel a bit guilty.

On second thought, she hadn't said anything inappropriate; even praising Hugh Ronan's looks shouldn't be a big deal.

Just as Lucy was about to greet him, Henry Ronan's gaze had already shifted to Wendy Wayne, and he said in a flat, unruffled tone, "Old Six has something to do, should I send someone to take you back to the hotel?"

Wendy looked hesitantly at Lucy beside her, then softly declined, "No need to trouble yourself, I have nothing planned for the afternoon, so I can stroll around nearby."

In such circumstances, staying any longer would be inappropriate.

Wendy stood up to leave but suddenly thought of something and asked with a frown, "Ninth Brother, has he left already? Then my bag..."

She wasn't like Lucy, who usually traveled light.
