After dinner, the four of them said goodbye at the entrance of the Seafood Residence.
Lucy Ansley got into the passenger seat of the Cayenne and saw Max Shaw with his arm around Eva Ronan heading to the parking spot at the rear. Her lips curled up into a knowing smile.
Then, she saw the two people getting into the car, embracing and kissing.

She wasn't deliberately watching. It's just that... the dome light inside the car illuminated once they got in, clearly showcasing their every move in the midst of the dark night.
Lucy Ansley turned her gaze away, feeling her cheeks heat up.

Lucy Ansley brushed away the stray hair at her forehead, realizing the car hadn't started yet. She turned to glance at the driver's seat, and caught the man's deep, dark eyes unexpectedly.
