The long-awaited week-long event was finally knocking at the door. Behold, the Mutant Fight, an event that everyone across the entire city and neighboring cities—above ground and underground—looked forward to every year.
At long last, the Mutant Fight was here, a great event for everyone in Desper that loved fun, to get down, and most importantly, money.
This was a chance for many money-hungry people to make money off of anything and everything, whether it was legal or not. Thieves were going to have field days since most people were leaving their homes for weeks, police officers were dispatched everywhere twenty-four-seven with most working overtime, vendors of all kinds—whether selling legal merchandise or illegal substances—spread themselves across the city in wait for customers.
