Currently, Haise's body was not as strong as he had had back from another world. As Haise turned the pages of the manga he was reading, the Exsancthuar he was trying to relate to the story he was reading was far more different in reality.
Having a magical assistive system at your side does not really mean you are already invincible, or a bright future ahead already awaits. And unlike the 'magical assistive system' of the protagonist that were mentioned in the isekai's stories, the Exsancthuar does not possess a leveling up system or a game-like-leveling-up system where whenever you kill you level-up; just like that you become strong.
Haise even sort out, manually, and reformed the Exsancthuar accordingly to his desired design and will with his own effort, since it was strangely empty when he first learned about it and received it from the time he was reborn. And thanks to his creative mind and unique quirks, he succeeded it through trial and error, though it took him awhile. It was indeed an achievement that even the Exsancthuar itself acknowledged. Furthermore, with the Exsancthuar itself, he could create enchanted things, just like his unbreakable wooden sword that symbolizes his judgement.
Haise may be kind (a gentle-hearted to be in fact), but he was not kind enough and foolish to make any decisions to let a certain occurrence slide and turned a blind eye for the conviction of morality that would bring destruction. It was one of his traits that was loved and acknowledged by the Exsancthuar itself to the point it decided to become one with him. After all, the Exsancthuar had its own sentience, too. Although it was just artificial. It was also one of the reasons if why the poor ones worship him as the "Wise Hero of Vengeance" despite him being a vampire.

Haise closed the book when, suddenly, he heard a weird noise coming from the woods. The animals that were watching him all stared at the same direction.
As Haise stood up from the exposed root of the dark tree he was sitting in between, his eyes that were hidden behind his eyeglasses and long bangs glowed bright red. And as it does, his vision became red, and his awareness became wider that reaches such distance. In the mode of when his vision becomes red: he could see the world in a different and unique way as his awareness become sharper. Now he could literally sense or even hear the heartbeat of those around him; he can also see their heart beating vigorously within them.
"Let's see if what it might be."
Haise wandered his gaze around. It didn't took him long to find the strange ball of light from a certain distance, resting on the ground. 'That glow...'
The strange ball of light was emitting a smokey aura with different colors like rainbow.
Soon after, Haise vanished from the place he was wallowing at, and for some reason, the plants and even the tree were left vigorously.

At the side of the crater, that was as wide as a small lake, Haise mysteriously appeared out from the space. He stared around the area, but what caught his eyes the most was the white glowing stone that was resting at the center of the crater.
The white stone was emitting smokey aura with different colors that spread across the crater.
Haise vanished again then appeared near at the white stone. 'An... egg?' And when he stared at it closely, he noticed the shades rainbow-like color on its crystalline shell that has a cosmic contrast.
With his glowing eyes and visual ability, Haise can see the silhouette of the creature inside of it. It has four limbs, two pairs of wings, and long tail. And... it was in its weakened state.
Haise extended his hand after sorting his thoughts about it; the moment his hand almost made a contact with the shell of the egg its shell quickly disappeared. Just as the silhouette he saw before its shell disappeared, it, indeed, has one long tail, four limbs, two pair of wings; the first pair on its upper back was larger than the second pair on its lower part of its back, and its body was like made of light or some sort of unique energy.
Since Haise didn't feel any threat coming out from the being and given the fact that his black smooth-leather-looking gloves were enchanted, he decided to pick it up.
And the moment he was about to touch it, its body glowed brightly and flew inside him.
'Shit! Not in this life, please!' Haise felt something extremely odd inside him as he was unable to move. He felt a bond is forming and seems the being forcedly trying to connect 'in' him, which it succeeded.
As the light left, a huge beautiful cat was already resting in his arms. It has white fur with pinkish and golden shades , and the wings was no longer on its back.
Haise stared at the cat in astonishment after his moment in silence. It was really a beautiful cat but... "A living meatball?"
Yeah, despite how beautiful the cat in his arms, it was all those words he can utter in astonishment.
Haise grabbed one of its paws, then, noticed something odd to which made him check the other paws up. Each paw has five fingers, which indeed unusual for a cat as it does not have vibrissae.
'Gues I have to work my ass up tonight.'
'...Oh! My precious ordinary life, please be with me in this world!' Haise inwardly cried as he let out a long breath.
'Goodness!' Haise wandered his gaze around as he felt the hostile gazes from his surroundings. With his visual ability and alertness, it was already obvious to him that it was not gazes coming from the animals around the forest.
It was gazes coming from beings hiding in the shadows that cannot be seen with mere special eyes, let alone naked eyes.
Haise stared at the beautiful cat in his arms and embraced it tightly but gently, then soon vanished from the place, without leaving a single trace of him. Except for the scent of the cat.
"Grrrrr"
"Find him!"
As the deep voice reaches the ears of those who obeys, silhouette in the dark quickly dashed in searching the boy and the being in his hands.
