Sky processed this. "So Cory is surrounded by people who are weirdly obsessed with him and he doesn't even realize it."
"Maybe he does realize it with Kai. I don't think it was a 'romance or sexual' kind of obsession, if you know what I mean. Until now, I don't even understand what that was. Maybe Cory doesn't either. That's probably why he never talks about him." Chris ran a hand through his hair. "But Vale? I don't think Cory has any idea. He just sees his younger brother who's had it rough and needs him."
Sky thought about Vale's words tonight.
"We need to tell him. I spoke with Vale tonight and it was not funny." Sky said.
"Tell him what? That his younger brother might have feelings for him?" Chris looked conflicted. "Based on what? Your conversation with a drunk seventeen-year-old at a party? I heard you tried to stop him from drinking." Chris paused. "Look, Cory would think we are crazy. Or worse, he'd think we are trying to cause problems."
