"So… That happened…" I muttered to the prince as the assassins disappeared. "Does this happen often?"
He shook his head, "Definitely not… And definitely never on this scale either. Who are these people?"
"I was hoping you would answer that instead… They were using Shadow Summons and there were a lot of them as well. I thought that under normal circumstances, only one can be summoned per summoner, right?"
He shrugged, "I'm not that well versed with magic to begin with so I wouldn't know about that. Is that how it works?"
I turned back to Lisa and she nodded, "Under normal circumstances, that should be the case… I do not believe all of these Shadow Summons are from the same person, however."
I frowned, "You're telling me that they got an entire small army of assassins that are able to use Shadow Summons specifically to try and assassinate the prince?"
