Primordial represents "Nothingness", neither void nor reality, neither life nor death. Once this realm is achieved, with just a single thought, everything can be turned into "Nothingness".
For instance, if Primordial does not wish for the universe to have the Taixu and Yin Yang Great Taos, then they will never exist again.
The will of Primordial can erase everything.
And Creation, is to bring forth anything one desires from "Nothingness".
Like painting on a blank canvas, where the myriad Great Taos are the pigments and the will of Creation is the brush.
With one thought, mountains and seas arise; with another, heaven and earth fall.
However, the extent of the canvas one can paint upon is predetermined. For example, if Gui Ling achieves Primordial with the Great Tao of the Three Realms, then she can only erase everything within the Three Realms.
The same applies to Creation.
