"Meteor shower?" Lin Wanwan exclaimed, "Which constellation's meteor shower is it?"
Lu Shouyue smiled and said, "The Geminid meteor shower that never disappoints, the first one this year. Shall we go? There's a flat area on this mountain, perfect for stargazing."
Lin Wanwan gladly said, "Sure, since we're here, we naturally have to take a look. I've never seen a meteor shower before!"
Lu Shouyue opened the trunk, strapped a guitar case on his back, picked up a backpack, and held a flashlight in his hand, saying, "Then let's go. It's not far from here."
"Let me help you with some stuff," Lin Wanwan reached for the bag slung over Lu Shouyue's shoulder, but he dodged.
"No need, how can I let a girl carry things? Just save your energy for the hike."
Lin Wanwan wanted to say she wasn't as fragile as he thought, but she didn't say it out loud and smiled, "Alright then."
From the Temple's location halfway up the mountain to the flat area at the top, it's another half-hour hike.
