At this moment, Elise Don finally noticed that the restaurant was filled with couples, without exception, except for her, standing at the best spot, yet alone.

Occasionally, glances drifted to her table, all carrying a hint of curiosity.

The long-awaited fireworks display suddenly felt lackluster.

Elise Don wanted to leave. She stood up, bent over to reach for the purse on the seat, and saw a pair of leather shoes appear on the soft carpet below.

Her gaze followed upward to meet Oliver Bloom in formal attire.

He had never been so formal before — leather shoes, dark trousers, an ash-gray shirt — under the dim lighting, he exuded an untouchable elegance.

His eyes reflected the starry sky outside: "Sorry, I'm late."

"Swish!"

"Wow..."

As the first cold flame burst in the air, a gentle gasp echoed through the restaurant.

Elise Don also felt something explode in her heart, overflowing with deep affection, hugging Oliver Bloom tightly.
