"Please sit, Uncle Richard."
Oliver Bloom looked up from the documents, kindly inviting Richard White to take a seat.
In the past, Richard White had tried to take advantage of Oliver a few times. But today, he found it hard to remain composed.
He stood very straight, his voice betraying a barely suppressed coldness.
"Mr. Perry asked me to come. What can I do for you? Let's not beat around the bush."
Oliver put down the pen, leaned back slightly in his chair, "I invited you here to discuss the matter of going to Australia. The referendum results are out, but Uncle, you're going around saying you absolutely won't go. By disregarding the other shareholders like this, you're putting me in a difficult position."
Richard White let out a cold chuckle and sat down unceremoniously.
Before coming, he knew Oliver would try to persuade him. Now that he was here, he wanted to see what abilities this nephew of his had, besides taking down his father.
He was eager to see for himself.
