"Oliver Bloom is back!"
William Don heard the commotion and came out.
He rushed ahead of Elise Don, not noticing his daughter's awkward expression, "So much stuff again, what is it this time?"
William went up to check the boxes the workers were bringing in.
Oliver Bloom: "It's all clothes and shoes."
"Lily always buys things indiscriminately," he habitually nagged a couple of times then instructed the workers, "Come, come, just put it in the wardrobe, and wait for the storage company to sort it out tomorrow."
"Oliver, you've had a long day, come in and take a rest, have some water."
Oliver glanced at Elise Don, who hadn't moved, hesitated for a moment, but finally, at William's repeated invitation, he stepped into the living room.
The sleek lights cast a warm white glow, Elise stood at the entrance filled with boxes, feeling her palms sweaty, and unconsciously rubbed them together.
