Chapter 1 - The last look before death

Year 2025

I was staring at the flowers, half-covered in my blood, and I finally decided to stop waiting for someone to come and save me. All my life, I've lived by listening to others — doing what they wanted, never what I truly desired. And now, I know… this is the end.

But... just for a moment, a small part of me hoped. Hoped that someone might still hear my voice. That someone might come to rescue me from this hell.

I waited.And waited.And waited.But I didn't know how much longer I could hold on.

My eyes began to close. I could feel death crawling up my spine. But just before the darkness consumed me, I heard it — footsteps. The sound of someone running toward me.

With my last ounce of strength, I forced my eyes open.

And then I saw him.

The one I hated the most. The one who always tried to keep me locked away in his house, claiming it was for my own good. But now… in this final moment, something inside me shifted. If I were to live again, I think I'd want to tell him something:

He got what he wanted.My heart.

As he reached me, I struggled to keep my eyes open, just to see his face one more time. But I couldn't hold on.

I smiled faintly and whispered,"Sorry."

Then I closed my eyes... forever.

But it wasn't the end.

For just a moment, I could see everything — not as flesh, but as something lighter. A ghost, maybe. I watched as he took my body into his arms. And then he said, gently:

"It's okay. Let's go together."

He took poison without hesitation. Then he held me close, whispered something in my ear — words I couldn't quite understand — and just like that…

We died together.

But just as I was sighing my final breath, something powerful came from behind me — a force I couldn't resist. It pulled me upward, away from him, away from death...
