Kousuke gave the President a puzzled look. "How so..?" Kousuke asked. The president sat down at his desk. He put his arms on the table, folding his hands. "You're going to be the stepping stone for the 10th district." The President said. Kousuke looked at him, "In what way..?" Kousuke asked.
The President cleared his throat, "You're going to be our leverage." The President said. He stood up, walking around his desk, standing behind Kousuke. "I want you… To exterminate the Hatzi family." The President said.
Kousuke looked at the president, surprised. "You want me to assassinate the President of the 13th district??" Kousuke asked. The President nodded, "Not exactly… I want his whole family dead…" The president said. Kosuke's eyes were shadowed over. "That means…" Kousuke said.
The President sighed, "Unfortunately yes… The children as well…" The President said. Kousuke sighed standing up, "I presume they have bodyguards… Do you have any information on them..?" Kousuke asked.

Meanwhile, Haruto, Shiro, Sophia, and Callie would be at the beach. Haruto and Callie would be standing in the water. "Alright, you got enough rocks?" Haruto asked. Callie nodded, "If you throw at least one further than I, you win." Haruto said. Callie smiled, "I'm great at throwing rocks, I bet you I'll win!" Callie said. Haruto grinned, "Confident brat…" He internalized. Haruto shook his head, "Alright, you got first." Callie grabbed a round rock with flat sides. She would wind her arm back. Suddenly, her hand vaguely glowed pink. "Three..!" Callie said. She focused her eyes on the water, watching for waves. "Two…" She counted down. A wave then came, "One!" Callie shouted. The rock flew from her hand as she flicked her wrist. The rock skidded on the water, the wave breaking it in half.
Haruto smirked, "I see we're getting competitive here!" Haruto said. Callie chuckled, "That was 5 skips… I doubt you can do more." Callie said. Haruto grabbed a rock, winding his arm back. "You wanna bet, kid?" Haruto asked. Lightning crawled down his right arm into the rock. "Kai!" Haruto shouted, throwing the rock. The rock flew, skipping on the water. As the rock flew, it sounded as if a jet flew. Haruto exhaled, putting his hands on his waist. "See, I told you I'd go further," Haruto said, with a smile on his face. Callie looked at Haruto with a frustrated look. She walked over to Haruto, looking at his sunglasses. "Do you ever take these things off?" Callie asked, snatching his glasses.
Callie put the glasses on her face. She looked at Haruto's bright blue eyes. "Give me my glasses," Haruto said. Callie grinned, "Nope." Callie said. Haruto had an anger mark on his face, but smiling. Callie turned, running away. Haruto chased her, running for his glasses. Shiro and Sophia looked at the two laughing. Sophia stood up, stretching her arms. "It's really nice here…" Sophia said. Shiro looked at her in confusion. "I guess, but we're still in 10th district territory," Shiro said. Sophia sighed, "Why does that matter?" Sophia asked. Shiro shrugged, "Just being cautious… That's all…" Shiro said. Sophia nodded, "I see." Sophia said. Shiro looked out at Callie and Haruto smiling.
