Not long after Jiang Jitong left, Chief Qiu arrived at Yang Ping's office, holding a simple brown paper file folder in his hand.
"Professor Yang, sorry to disturb you." Chief Qiu's voice was low as he walked up to the desk.
Yang Ping was unsure of Chief Qiu's purpose in coming: "Have a seat and tell me."
Chief Qiu sat down and placed the file folder on his thighs, sitting up straight: "Professor Yang, there's something I've been withholding from you to avoid interfering with your work, but now I have to say it."
