Once the men's restroom was empty, Sylvia Anderson took out a repair sign and placed it at the entrance.
She then began knocking on the doors one by one.
"Xavier Hansen?"
"Xavier Hansen?"
Her voice was soft, afraid of being overheard. When she reached the last stall, she listened intently and heard a muffled "mmm" sound from inside.
Sylvia Anderson knew it had to be Xavier Hansen.
She pushed open the door and saw Xavier Hansen, pale and clutching his stomach against the wall. He clearly hadn't expected Sylvia Anderson to show up in the men's restroom.
The man seemed afraid she might be discovered, so he endured the stomach pain and yanked her into the stall, accidentally pulling her into his arms.
Was it an illusion?
When Sylvia Anderson's soft body bumped into him, Xavier Hansen's heart skipped a beat, and the burning sensation in his stomach seemed to ease significantly.
He took the opportunity to tightly embrace her.
"Xavier—"
"Shh, holding you keeps the pain away."
