Valtor rested for a moment, becoming fully aware of the situation he was in. He then looked at the next scenario, which was, in fact, the strongest survival scenario yet.
Valtor was already free from the Bureau's grasp and the Dokkaebi system, but he still observed others fighting against each other.
He picked up some video games, surprisingly finding them better than expected, but was curious about their unexpected nature.
As he tried to think of a great scenario to use, he considered another novel-traveling might suffice, but Valtor was curious. Light novel or true novel? He preferred light novels, due to their smaller chapters, and he wanted to make this experience special. Valtor scrolled down his novel collection and grabbed one of the books.

Valtor was given a selection and chose the simplest one, as he needed to. His imagination sucked, and he admitted he only copy-pasted from other franchises he knew. He wasn't well-attuned to discovery, as he just happened to know it when he read it. He wasn't better at conversing and condensing energy as he sucked at physics. Only the second and third options were he proficient in.
Valtor loved constructing new things and keeping an open mind with possibilities, but which one would he choose?
Considering his stats would randomize due to the Police Officer option, but due to his Poise, he could be considered a Super Soldier Police Officer class. Like Wesker, Wizard Wesker using another buff from the scenario, it was better to be a Police Officer.
And for the Magic, Valtor decided. He chose the Third Magic.
[Selection:]
a. Police Officer Who hunts Ryuunosuke Uryuu
b. Poise and Fable Only
c. The Third Magic: Constructs can be adjusted to reach the Roots
[Sending Incarnation to Scenario..... World.... Fate Zero]
Fuyuki, 3 days before the Holy Grail War.
Valtor took his modified Police Armored Car to hunt the person soon to be a Master. He was using full JSDF armor, which belonged to his father, a retired soldier.
"Captain, are you sure we're conducting a proper investigation?" his subordinate kept asking the same question as Valtor kept observing a house.
"That house belongs to the serial killer. Currently, he works part-time as a courier. He will come out in 5 seconds," Valtor said. Five seconds later, someone matching the description emerged, wearing a purple jacket, with two piercings and orange hair.
"Captain! That—" Valtor raised his hand to his unit.
"No... don't go in... he will commit suicide."
"How do you know, Captain?"
"Wait." Suddenly, an explosion occurred at Uryuu's house, big enough to be visible to the entire complex. All of Valtor's team widened their eyes at the sight of Uryuu's house exploding.
"I told you, right? He knew we were here and tried to kill us all when we went in. You all owe me a life, and now it's our job to clean up the mess," Valtor said as he and his team rushed to subdue the fire. Valtor found the book needed to summon a Servant and ordered his team not to touch it. Once he obtained what he wanted, Valtor returned to the police headquarters.
He then gave a presentation with his team regarding the anomaly. He explained from the beginning that he had made the serial killer paranoid, detailing where Ryuunosuke Uryuu lived, where he worked, when he committed the murders, who his victims were, the pattern of his killings, his methods, and his origin in complete detail.
"I apologize for my actions and ignorance before. Thank you for answering my call. I am your master in this 4th Holy Grail War. My name is Mael, Police Captain in the Fuyuki Branch. Supposedly, I am only able to summon a Caster class servant, but the Grail seems to favor me and has summoned six more servants with different classes. I hope our meeting gives you a first impression of me," Valtor said, offering his respect to them as they should be treated like his vassals, not his disposables.
He was judged by all these women, and Valtor had no "desire" to woo them, as he needed to focus on winning the war, not indulging in relationships with his servants. Breeding was an optional choice and quest, not the main objective.
"Master, I apologize if this is insulting to you, but you appear weak. No offense, but you do indeed seem weak, and the worst part is, those weird floating thingies before keep messing with my mind," Jalter commented about the Anti-Life Equation. Valtor smiled in response.
"I am sorry for that, and I apologize for being a burden to you. Perhaps this can make it work somehow," Valtor said, taking True Longinus. He then stood before his servants, unveiling his true form to their eyes. His appearance was beyond human comprehension, radiating a fierce deity beauty complemented by his crystal skin, which acted as an adamantine shield, glowing with the reflection of moonlight. A divine aura surrounded him, casting a radiant presence despite the darkness of the night. He seemed akin to a firefly in a fantasy landscape, emitting an ethereal grace that spoke of noble lineage from ancient human predecessors. His celestial majesty was evident, his very aura exuding a regal manner.
His eyes were a sight to behold, displaying the mystic eye of the rainbow, swirling with colors of blood red, glowing red, light cyan, pure white, and yellow gold. While some might attribute this unique sight to his family's heritage, it was, in fact, a mystic eye from legend.
Carved into his face were marks of deity, burn marks on his cheek and forehead, symbols of his dormant lineage waiting to be awakened. His body was perfectly sculpted, devoid of imperfections, except for the scars that adorned his hands, neck, and other visible wounds, which were a testament to his numerous encounters with death and life. Each scar told a story of survival, a reminder of the mercy of the gods that had kept him alive.
Yet, despite his formidable appearance, there was a mystery surrounding him. His magical pathway was blocked by an unknown force, leaving everyone genuinely unaware of his true strength. It was the reason why every servant perceived him as weak, unaware of the dormant power that lay within him, waiting to be unleashed with the awakening of his bloodline.
By infusing True Longinus with his arcane and death abilities to break through his limitations, Valtor took a daring step to stab his human heart. With True Longinus as his proxy, he used his own heart to activate a ritual. Stabbing his chest, his blood poured forth, triggering a cataclysmic explosion of diverse power inside him that began to awaken once more.
First, the Divine Beast Heart answered his call, like a divine beast the size of a planet roaring to the world that the monster inside him was ready. It bestowed upon Valtor control over nature on the planet with remarkable ease, no matter how small it was. This Beast was now within him, as an embodiment of the Planet's Will itself.
Then came the Aeion Heart, bestowing upon him the power to rip apart existence and rebuild it, channeling inside him like an explosion of a star. The heart offered abilities of chaos and hope as fuel to his power, as chaos is split energy and source, then hope readjusts it, bringing chaos and order into harmony within him.
The Cosmic Dwarf Heart beat its presence, a surge of grain or space dust pouring into Valtor like a waterfall from above the sky. It contained cosmic or divine energies, promising limitless potential to his abilities and his existence. Not only that, this grain also poured from many celestial bodies across the Solar System, including their moon. All celestial bodies that revolve around the sun itself gave their grain to Valtor in different colors representing them.
While the noise of machines could be heard, beating like clockwork, the Heart of the One held dominion over the cosmic design, starting to move their system, demanding extensive knowledge, which Valtor already possessed, as he had existed for 2 trillion years. This satisfied the heart, and it regulated, controlled, and readjusted all of his other new heart powers and capabilities to sustain in his human body, enough to reach enlightenment and ascension.
After the Heart of the One clicked, the Enhanced Philosopher Heart's poise glowed in Valtor's blood veins, visible to others. His divine blood activated, and it elevated his magical and supernatural abilities to unprecedented heights, granting perfect purity of energy that Valtor could harness and possess. This heart gave him passive mastery over all mystical and spiritual aspects, while also boosting any other power he possessed, including his additional items, capable of harnessing the items' full potential and enhancing them further.
Following these events, suddenly all the noise and activity fell silent. Then, out of nowhere, a red lightning storm rumbled in the Fuyuki sky, like a growling dragon asserting its might. The lightning sparked, creating a dragon dance in the sky as the bolts sparked on the clouds, generating terror with their dance. The affinity of red lightning surged forth to Valtor, unleashing annihilation through uncontrollable bolts of red lightning akin to the wrath of a dragon, elder even to the very dragon ruling over every aspect of dragons across the world. This lightning had been enchanted and assimilated to Valtor's existence, granting him various natural forces of annihilation from the might of an elder dragon.
Next, when the lightning struck him down, annihilating the connection of his soul to his body, Valtor's soul appeared. From a pure light soul into the darkest soul that devours any possible light and virtue around him, negating all of that and refining it into the Purified Cursed Dark Soul. From that refinement, Valtor was bestowed immortality, as his soul cannot be claimed by death, even returning to the great roots. Not only did it bestow him with immortality, but it also granted Valtor immunity to curses or any negative effects from outer or inner sources. The soul itself attracted then harnessed pure dark essence around him with incredible ease.
As his soul returned to its vessel, Valtor's burn marks reacted and appeared as three golden triangles. The trio of Wisdom, Power, and Courage glowed behind him, then assimilated into his burn marks. Wisdom was carved upon his forehead in blue color with a V pattern, Power was carved upon his cheek burn mark in red with two fangs on each side, while Courage was not carved upon Valtor's burn mark, but rather his skin grew whiter in color, pure like milk and white as a star itself. The three of them bestowed various mystical abilities, especially Power and Wisdom, which boosted any other power Valtor possessed, including his additional items, enhancing them further. Meanwhile, Courage gave him invulnerability to any attack and magical protection.
Suddenly, energy gathered into one point above the sky, akin to creating a gigantic cluster ball. It was a calamity beyond human capability, the worst possible calamity in a red crimson color that covered the entire Fuyuki in a crimson night, even the moon turning into a crimson moon. From that calamitous event, it gathered on Valtor into one spot on his red mark on his face, making him the Calamity Host. This Host contained and manipulated calamity as a source of power. The benefit was that his power inside of him ran amok and became more chaotic but more threatening. Yet, Valtor could harness them with ease, but still, the effect of said calamity was enough to threaten the entire planet's survival itself.
Finally, in response to the unpredictable calamity, the Unity of Solaris manifested, like a billion suns appearing in the night sky like dancing stars. All Solaris fused together with Valtor, amplifying anything he possessed. Suddenly, the swirl of the Root responded to Valtor, creating pathways and granting Valtor omnipotent energy to sustain power, energy, or conceptual force in the infinite worlds that existed from the roots without significant drawbacks.
Completing his transformation into a being of unparalleled might and capability that reached the level of a God. Valtor was now a powerhouse on his own, beyond the age of Gods. No, even the concept of God was already obsolete for him. He was Almighty, all-powerful, and unquestionably powerful enough to topple the God's Throne.
"Is this not enough?" Valtor calmly questioned, his voice resonating with newfound authority and power. He gazed upon his summoned servants, his aura now pulsating with an overwhelming presence and power that was too intense. Just being near him alone made the Servant Spirits and their anchoring in this world crumble inside out.
His presence alone commanded attention, his figure towering over them with an air of absolute dominance. The servants, once confident in their abilities, now felt a sense of unease creeping into their minds as they witnessed Valtor's transformation.
Leonardo da Vinci found herself at a loss for words in the face of Valtor's overwhelming power. Xuanzang Sanzang felt a shiver run down her spine as she realized the depth of Valtor's might.
Scáthach couldn't help but feel a twinge of fear as she sensed the sheer magnitude of Valtor's power. Miyamoto Musashi found herself unable to meet Valtor's gaze, a sense of inferiority washing over her.
Morgan Le Fay now bowed her head in submission before Valtor's divine presence. Jeanne d'Arc could only stare in awe at the being before her.
Jeanne d'Arc Alter now felt a sense of reverence towards Valtor, acknowledging him as a being beyond her comprehension.
Valtor's transformation had not only elevated his power but also his status among the servants. No longer viewed as a mere master, he was now seen as a force to be reckoned with, a being of unmatched power and authority.
As the servants gathered their thoughts and came to terms with Valtor's newfound power, they realized that they were now bound to serve a master unlike any they had encountered before. Whether this newfound power would lead them to victory or destruction remained to be seen, but one thing was certain: Valtor was no longer the weak master they once perceived him to be. He was now a force to be feared and respected, a master who held the fate of the Holy Grail War in his hands.
Valtor's immense power didn't go unnoticed. Every servant and magus in Fuyuki, whether participating in the Grail War or not, sensed something beyond their understanding. The pure power they detected and the overwhelming magical energy emanating from Valtor surpassed even the most powerful magi, causing them to question their own capabilities.
Not only that, but across the planet, Valtor's immense power could be felt by entire magi communities worldwide. Even many evil magi, and dormant forces within the planet, felt it. They reacted to it, their bodies shivering in response. The sheer magnitude of Valtor's power was enough to make their entire existence tremble.
Even on the Reverse Side of the world, Merlin, who was also an inhabitant, could detect that power. He was curious about who possessed such power, someone capable of turning the axis of the timeline. The fact that all the worlds and otherworlds in that realm could feel it too added to the mystery and intrigue surrounding Valtor's newfound strength.
Meanwhile, for all the servants who were supposedly Valtor and his servants' enemies, there was a mix of worry, excitement, and interest in the new challenger. The fact that no servant possessed that capability, and no master could create such power, created enough ambiguity for veteran magi to take notice.
"Master, whoever possesses that, you should be careful with that person. We must search for whoever possesses such an atrocity. That is not merely power; it is... I can't say it," Saber said to Irisviel, her voice tinged with concern. The power she felt, along with the presence of draconic energy and holy power akin to her Excalibur, was overwhelming and threatening to her very being. It condensed into one spot, visible to her as an enormous gathering of mana above Fuyuki.
For those proficient in magic, it appeared as if rainbow-colored ley lines of mana were converging on one point. However, to ordinary people, it manifested as a thunderstorm, creating rain solely due to its effects. The magnitude of Valtor's power was undeniable to his servants who happened to be near him, and its implications reverberated throughout Fuyuki, stirring both fear and awe among those who sensed it.
"Oh no," Valtor murmured as he harnessed the power that kept exploding inside of him. As he harnessed it, the power subsided, condensing into a new form of source that was close to infinity inside him. Valtor's human body was not merely a container; it was a host for that power, a power so pure and overbearing to others that once released, there was no limit to how he could use it.
"I sincerely apologize for my 'Awakening' that overwhelmed you just by being near me alone. Right now, I may have reached the status of a Grand Magus, or perhaps even a Lord, or maybe a True Magician, or even a Grand Sage, or maybe a Grand Caster-level servant? I don't even know the hierarchy of the Magus society or any servant. Perhaps I can ask other masters about it. That is my introduction to you. If you ask if I am seeing someone, I sincerely apologize; I already belong to someone."
"It was me, right?" Morgan instantly took action, but Valtor just laughed at her antics. He took out his Longinus spear, took his Yamato, then put it on his left hip, and put Zafkiel on his gun holster.
"You're a really funny woman, aren't you? Shamelessly admitting someone's husband as yours." Valtor shook his head. He then observed the Fuyuki situation with his Great Map.
Valtor saw the Assassin was on the move, and now it was time to peace out. Valtor looked at his servants then smiled upon them.
"I've given you a special ability called Independent Action. You're free to roam the city, but remember, you have only 4 seconds to return to the war zone or this city. Please respect this rule. If you dislike violence, you can choose not to fight and support others from behind the scenes. I've also added a new ability: you can transform into a servant or a human depending on the situation. When in human form, your servant status won't be detected by others, but you can still use your servant abilities like me. In servant form, you remain as you are now. The benefit of being a servant is that any energy, mana, knowledge, or experiences you gain as a human can be used to enhance your servant form infinitely. Enjoy living in the modern world, and if you need currency or anything else, just let me know, and I'll provide it. Our victory in the Grail War is assured; we're already at the finish line while others are still racing to reach it. If you encounter any anomalies or need assistance, stay vigilant, especially against Assassins lurking in Fuyuki. I've talked enough; actions speak louder than words. Until next time, take care." Valtor attempted his first time creating a Boom Tube. By constructing an extra-dimensional point-to-point travel portal, Valtor could create a Boom Tube from DC Comics. However, his version had a twist; instead of the traditional golden hue, it emitted a light blue glow. Sometimes, the sides of the Boom Tube were not visible, but this time it was visible from the way he stood. It reached his house, which was far away from the city lights. He chose this residential place as it was good for retirement.
Valtor walked inside, and the Boom Tube closed, leaving his servants in shock due to his immense power that tore apart space with ease.
"Okay, our master seems rude and not a gentleman, leaving us," Da Vinci remarked, slightly bewildered. Suddenly, they found themselves in a luxurious house that they could have never imagined.
"This is my first time having a sleepover with a bunch of women here. I need a little adjustment as a widower like me. I apologize if the place is not to your liking or if it's not cleaned well enough by your standard," Valtor said, trying to make his servants feel comfortable despite the sudden change in surroundings.
This spacious two-story building was designed for a family. Some rooms were empty. The garage held two special motorcycles and an incomplete hovercraft due to Valtor's busy schedule. The living room connected to the kitchen, featuring a large digital TV and a gaming console with fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen was elite-class, with a bar counter, dining table, custom refrigerator, and microwave. There was a custom sofa and a high-tech kotatsu table in the living area.
Valtor's room had a king-size bed with magic-infused sheets, a wardrobe with books, and a high-tech computer desk. Two windows offered views of the night sky.
The underground area had a hot bath, sauna, and a training room capable of withstanding strong forces.
"You can pick any room you like on the second floor, except my room," Valtor announced, gesturing towards the staircase.
"The rooms can be adjusted to your preference. If you want to eat freshly cooked food, just let me know. If you prefer snacks, the refrigerator is stocked with ice cream and there are plenty of chips and snacks on the shelves. If you want to relax with a hot bath, there's a spa on the underground floor, equipped with a training room as well. This is our basecamp, and I've set up many magic zones across the area that are completely undetected by other masters or servants participating in the Grail War. Enjoy your time here, and if you wish to engage in battles with other masters and their servants, don't hesitate."
With a flick of his finger, a gigantic digital interface map appeared, displaying all the masters participating in the war, along with their servants, their locations, designated objectives, and more.
"There you have it. I'll be heading to bed now. The food is already on the table if you're hungry. Good night." Valtor said, tapping the wall to reveal a special, advanced technology box – a unique transmutating box that was alien to the current world.
Valtor returned to his room to sleep with his transmutating box, leaving his servants to settle in and enjoy their time in their new basecamp.
"Interesting... so this is technology... too advanced for my era," Da Vinci looked at many advanced touchscreen technologies. Then Musashi opened a lid. The moment it opened, the divine smell of food spread like wildfire; it was intoxicating.
Musashi opened other lids, and another, and another. All the food was fresh from the kitchen, from normal baguettes to luxurious British food, to Monk-style food and Japanese-style food, Irish food, and many of his servants' native homeland home cooking.
They instantly jumped to the dining table and ate the food without even bothering if it was still hot or not. The food's taste instantly made them feel rejoiced, such good food.
While Valtor already fell asleep with an Angel and a Devil guarding him. Tomorrow was the day he would fight, but he needed more training and adjustment.
