The notion of Pseudo-Stellar Level is merely a rumor in the Genius Battlefield.
Everyone in the Genius Battlefield is a genius. Even the most ordinary geniuses aspire to genuinely reach the Stellar Level and have no inclination toward shortcuts.
However, in the outside world, the Pseudo-Stellar Level is prevalent. It's important to know that in ordinary starfields where talents are not exceptional, Semi-permanent Star Level beings are the majority. For them, being promoted to Stellar Level, even if only Pseudo-Stellar Level, is an extremely exhilarating achievement.
As for Pseudo-Stellar Level, as the name suggests, it refers to powerful creatures stepping into the Stellar Level but not fully entering it. Such beings generally succeed through unique methods, but their methods are often unorthodox. Their overall power is considerably less than true Stellar Level.
