Yi Dong was Motan's first friend, and vice versa. Despite their completely different personalities, this seemingly insignificant detail never affected their friendship in the slightest. After all, it must be said that with Mo's bizarre mental state, he hardly clicked with any normal person.
And Yi Dong was a normal person. Even though he could afford a sports car that Motan (through legitimate means) might not be able to buy even after working hard for half a lifetime, and though his family background was far from simple, from an objective standpoint, he was just a plain normal person.
With conventional character, conventional family, conventional appearance...a normal person.
As his friend, Motan was the complete opposite - extremely, extremely abnormal, for reasons that need not be elaborated on. Naturally, it was his divided personality.
