Turning around, Feng Yuan speechlessly glanced at Veronia and Agunas. How did these two start bickering out of the blue again? Lorna, perched on Feng Yuan's shoulder, gently tapped his cheek and pointed in a direction.
"Over there."
Following the direction Lorna was pointing, the group just happened to see a flock of birds take flight from the wheat field. A black cat suddenly darted out, startling everyone. Seeing the black cat circling around Dou Yanlan, Feng Yuan said with some surprise,
"This... looks like just an ordinary cat, right?"
The black cat meowed and rubbed its head against Dou Yanlan's pant leg, eyeing Cotton closely in Dou Yanlan's arms, then swished its tail. Cotton let out a disdainful sound and rubbed its head against Dou Yanlan too.
"This cat... really has some nerve."
