The rain of spells hit the flooding cavern in a thunderous series of booms. The rainbow clouds of explosions heated the sand into glass, melted it down, and ground it into find grains all over as the various elements created different reactions.
For the resident fighters of Albion, it was an exhilarating sight. The Limited Zone of the great sand sea had plagued their people for as long as they had known. Now, for the first time ever, the desert warriors were able to unleash their full strength within its boundary.
While Rune and the girls received medical attention from the healers in the rear of the formation, the allied forces look down toward the open cavern in anticipation. The sand had filled in much of the space, but it wasn't enough to fill it in completely. It was still more than enough, however, to bury a being the size of Marilith.
