Ruby Mercer glanced at George Baxter, who was chatting with Christopher Moore.
"You guys continue talking, I'm going to the restroom!"
As she stepped out of the office, Ruby breathed a sigh of relief.
Not even a minute after Ruby left, Christopher also excused himself from the office.
Derek Mercer and George Baxter were left staring at each other.
George chuckled, "CEO Mercer, the Mercer Group is going to take off!"
Derek Mercer smiled, "You're joking, Boss Wang. We're just a small enterprise, not in the league of bigger corporations like Moore Cloud Group."
He jokingly added, "Besides, if we could collaborate with Moore Cloud, we wouldn't be here today looking for you!"
George smiled.
It's probably not up to Derek Mercer what he wants to do!
The ball is entirely in Christopher Moore's court.
