Ruby Mercer played with her phone while casually glancing toward the bar and the logistics area behind it.
"Any problems?"
The man grinned, revealing a set of big white teeth, "Of course not!"
Speaking thus, he confidently called over a waiter and ordered a cocktail, "Just call me Jack!"
Then, looking at Ruby, "Would you like a drink?"
Ruby originally intended to shake her head, but eventually nodded.
"Thank you!"
Jack smiled warmly, "Nice to meet you!"
Ruby smiled back as she accepted the drink he pushed over, "Don't be too happy, aside from freeloading, I'm good at nothing!"
Saying this, she clinked her glass against Jack's.
And then took a slow sip.
Jack watched her actions and smiled; however, his eyes glinted with calculation!
Ruby saw straight through his gaze but merely smiled silently.
In less than five minutes, Jack couldn't sit still!
"Beautiful lady, interested in this?"
